What can I expect in class?
Our Reformer Pilates classes are 45 minutes long and designed to suit a wide range of clients. Most sessions are beginner-friendly or open-flow, with options to progress as you build strength, coordination, and confidence.
Each class includes a full-body workout with a focus on alignment, core control, and breath. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, offering modifications or challenges based on your level.
