Supporting you from your very first class

Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re here to make sure you feel supported from the beginning.

Our classes are designed to meet you where you are Whether you’re brand new, returning after injury, or ready to challenge yourself. Many of our classes are suitable for all levels, with options, layers, and spring choices offered so you can work at your own pace.

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Beginners Reformer Pilates or Gentle Reformer Flow. As you build confidence, you can progress into Elevate Foundations, Elevate Open, Elevate Flow, Jumpboard, or Strong & Spicy.

For a more personalised experience, we offer Private and Duo Reformer Pilates sessions. We also offer private group sessions for birthday parties, hens night celebrations, couples’ sessions, and special occasions.

Beginners Reformer Pilates

This is where the foundations of Pilates begin. This class is ideal if you are brand new, feeling nervous, returning after injury, or wanting to build confidence on the Reformer or even looking for a slow class to reset. All levels are welcome in this class. If you are already a consistent mover, you will be given layers and options to increase the challenge.

Elevate Teen Reformer

A slower paced and supportive Reformer class. This class is perfect for beginners, anyone managing injury, or anyone who feels nervous getting started. The focus is on controlled movement, confidence, and feeling supported throughout the class. All levels are welcome. Options, layers, and spring changes are offered so you can work at your own level.

Elevate Teen Flow

An 8-week Reformer Pilates basics program designed especially for 12–17 year olds, building strength, confidence and body awareness in a supportive environment. Term 2, 2026 Mondays 5:15p 6:00pm Limited to 8 spots

Elevate Foundations

Open to everyone and suitable for all levels. This class focuses on core strength, alignment, and correct technique. Layers and progressions are offered, and the class can become more challenging depending on your level. Spring changes are always available so you can work at your own pace.

Elevate Open

An inclusive Reformer Pilates class for clients who have completed the basics and are ready to move with more confidence. This class adapts to the room, with modifications, spring choices, and layered progressions offered to suit everyone. Minimum of 4 Beginner Reformer Pilates classes required before attending.

Elevate Flow

A flowing, full body Reformer Pilates class focused on continuous movement, breath, and strength. Challenges and progressions are offered based on your level at the time of the class, allowing you to move at your own pace. Recommended to complete at least 3 Beginner Reformer Pilates classes before attending.

Elevate Jumpboard

A fun and athletic Reformer class using the jump board. This class is low impact on the joints and high energy, designed to improve fitness, coordination, and endurance. Minimum of 4 Beginner Reformer Pilates classes required before attending.

Strong & Spicy

A high energy, strength focused Reformer Pilates class for confident movers. This class includes powerful sequences, layered progressions, and higher intensity work. Minimum of 4 Beginner Reformer Pilates classes required before attending.
