A perfect place to begin. A full body class focusing on mobility, breath and simple movements. Designed to help you feel confident and comfortable on the Reformer. Just bring yourself and willingness to move.

A feel-good, full-body experience that gently builds strength and mobility through flowing sequences. This calm, steady-paced class is ideal for easing tension and reconnecting to your breath , no experience needed.
