5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Our booking and cancellation policies include:

• Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the class credit
• We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

6. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Refunds will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Elevate Me Pilates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
